When you give a cash gift to the library, you also become part of our Cumulative Giving Program, and every donation you make adds up to your cumulative total.

   When your cumulative total reaches $1,000, your name is added to Generosity Island, our recognition wall, located in the library entry. Additional gifts qualify you for higher levels of recognition.

   Your gifts to the library will be used today to build and furnish the library addition, and will be used tomorrow to enhance the collection, purchase equipment, and provide special services and programs. The Fort Myers Beach Public Library qualifies to receive charitable gifts, which are tax deductible [IRS Code 170 (c) (1)].

   Recognition at the Dolphin level also offers the opportunity to name a room or area in the library. Please contact Library Director Leroy Hommerding for more information.
